Hamilton City Council supports rooftop solar

During the September 26, 2012 meeting of the Hamilton City Council, it was resolved that the City of Hamilton supports the Ontario Power Authority’s FIT 2.0 program for the construction and operation of roof-mounted solar within the City of Hamilton.

Small FIT application window has been delayed

As posted on the Ontario Power Authority website, the small FIT application window, anticipated to open on October 1, has been delayed in order to allow time to receive and consider recommendations from the Solar PV Land Use Working Group.
