Come out to celebrate and support TREC Education and the work we do educating future consumers and decision-makers about the importance of greening our energy mix.

On Wednesday, June 26, TREC Education is holding its first fundraiser at the Steam Whistle Brewery in Toronto. School’s Out is a chance for Toronto’s renewable energy and environmental communities to come together and party for renewable energy education!  The evening gets started with a pre-party networking reception for those involved in the energy sector and a fun, informative line-up including:

  • Presentation by acclaimed economist and author, Jeff Rubin (End of Growth),
  • Environmental Commissioner Gord Miller and Jason Chee-Aloy of Power Advisory LLC on Ontario policy
  • Live music;
  • Renewable energy models built by students in our programs
  • Tours of Steam Whistle brewery
  • Silent auctions and raffles with great prizes.
  • Opportunity to network
